Alvah N. Belding Memorial Library

Hello, Library Family, A Note to Our Library Patrons and Supporters:

Happy Fall! It's so hard to believe two whole seasons have passed since we last saw you all at the library. The good news is, we're working toward changing that. I'm happy to share that on Monday, September 21, the library will be moving to phase 3 of its reopening plan. So, what does this mean?
*We will still be offering curbside service every day M-Th from 9-5 and Fri from 9-12.
*In-building holds pickup M,W,Th from 9-5.
*Limited computer use on M,W,Th from 9-5 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
*Copy and fax services available M,W,Th from 9-5.
*10 patron limit at a time.
*Counter service only. No study tables or lounge chairs available.
*Stacks will remain closed - no browsing. Staff will retrieve requested materials.
*Entire downstairs remains closed.
*Programming will remain virtual through December.
*Masks will be required to enter the building for all 3 & older. If you cannot wear a mask, our curbside service is available for you. There are no exceptions to this.
As a community, we have made great strides toward things returning to normalcy; we at the library remain committed to doing our part to continue that positive progress. We continue to make our decisions with the health and safety of our staff, patrons, and community in mind, and we appreciate your willingness to work in partnership with us on that goal.

Britney Dillon,

Library Director
